Questions & Answers

Where can I get your templates?

You can get my templates and try the demos here! Templates are sent to your email address after purchase. When you're done customizing, simply publish your website for the world to see! ♡

How do I use your templates?

A Carrd account is required to use a template. This is where your website is hosted. Templates can be modified by adding, removing, or changing any element such as text, images, buttons, borders, colours, etc. Please note that placeholder images are not included with templates since Carrd removes them. Click here if you want to try it out! If you need help modifying a template, feel free to send me an email. ♡

How did you make these templates?

I use Carrd, a site where you can build cool webpages for yourself ☆
It's like an alternative to Linktree or Beacons. Most of the standard templates are for professional/business use, but mine are more fit for social media creators that want a cool webpage for their profile :) I love the fun personalized style of old-school websites like MySpace and Neocities, which is a big inspiration behind my designs! ♡

You can customize my templates in any way. However, please do not redistribute them or claim them as your own. The "Made by Aira" credits can be moved to a different location or removed if you prefer, but I'd really appreciate it staying there ♡

Do you take custom requests?

Sure! Please fill out my commission form ♡

What is advanced customization?

Carrd already has lots of free customization options, but if you want advanced features (like unique cursors, fancy borders, sparkly backgrounds, etc.), you will need the "Embed code" element which is available on the Pro Standard plan. To use this element, you will need some understanding of coding (HTML, CSS, and Javascript).

Commission Requests

If you’d like me to create a website template for you, please fill out the commission form below! Tell me your idea and I’ll let you know if I can create it. Please read the terms and conditions before proceeding.

Commission Terms

• A commission contains 1 website template with a limit of 8 pages.
• You must have a Carrd account to receive and use the commission.

CUSTOMIZATION

• The correct Carrd plan must be activated to use the template's required elements.• A Pro Standard plan is required to use advanced customization features. Some advanced features may require an external file host, which I can help set up.• You must have the necessary files in your possession (image, gif, cursor, mp3, etc.) to upload onto your website, as I will not source these for you.• My services do not include custom artwork. Templates have filler graphics which are automatically removed by Carrd after the template has been shared. You are encouraged to upload your own photos and artwork onto your website.

PRICING

• The price range for a commission is $15-$35 USD. Pricing depends on the complexity of your request: the type of design, number of pages, required elements, custom code, and if a reference is provided.• You will receive an official price quote after you submit the commission form.• Full payment is required before I start working on the commission.• You will receive work-in-progress (WIP) updates of the commission before the final result. During this phase, you may provide feedback and suggest adjustments to the design until you're satisfied with the result. Major design changes from the original concept will be an extra cost.

REFUND POLICY

• You may cancel the commission at any point. Your refund depends on the amount of work I already completed and time I spent on your commission:

Commission Phase	Refund %
At the start, before any draft	100%
WIP, after 1 draft	90%
WIP, after 3+ drafts	70%
After delivery	0%

REVISIONS

• You can reach out to me for technical assistance and minor revisions, free of cost, after the commission has been completed. However, after 4 weeks, revisions & maintenance requests will be an extra cost.

DELIVERY TIME

• Standard delivery time is 1-2 weeks. It may be extended if there is a lack of communication from you, or for personal reasons, in which I will notify you before the due date.

OTHER TERMS

• The template is for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim it as your own.• Images of the completed commission (with filler content & non-personal information) may be publicly shared on my portfolio unless you request otherwise.• For other questions or help, please feel free to send an email.Last updated: Oct 23, 2026
